Dear Vendors,
We would like to welcome you to our Spring 2009 Convention. The dates for the convention will be Friday and Saturday, April 17-18, 2009 at the Community Covenant Church in Eagle River. The keynote speaker will be Steve Demme. Our spring convention offers expanded vendor hours and workshop opportunities. We are excited about this year’s annual convention and look forward to your participation with us.
If you are unable to attend, consider asking one of your Alaskan customers to represent you. This has worked well in prior years. Your customers are familiar with your products and are often very willing to tell others about them.
If we have more than one vendor register for a particular title/curriculum/publisher, the following vendor selection prioritization criteria will apply:
1. APHEA members will receive priority as vendors.
2. Openings are available on a first come, first-served basis; this will be established on the date that contact is made with APHEA, but after March 1st, priority will go to the first vendor who has paid for a table.
The APHEA Board of Directors reserves the right to decline vendors whose offerings are not aligned with the principles and purposes of our organization.
