Dear Vendors,

We would like to welcome you to APHEA's 25th Anniversary Homeschool Convention. The dates for the convention will be Friday and Saturday, April 15 & 16, 2011 at Raven Hall on the Alaska State Fair Grounds, 2025 Glenn Highway, Palmer, Alaska..  The keynote speakers will be Mike and Elizabeth Smith.  We are celebrating 25 years of service to Alaska homeschoolers and are looking forward to your participation in this year's convention.

If you are unable to attend, consider asking one of your Alaskan customers to represent you. This has worked well in prior years. Your customers are familiar with your products and are often very willing to tell others about them.

If we have more than one vendor register for a particular title/curriculum/publisher, the following vendor selection prioritization criteria will apply:

1. APHEA members will receive priority as vendors.

2. Openings are available on a first come, first-served basis; this will be established on the date that contact is made with APHEA, but after March 1st, priority will go to the first vendor who has paid for a table.

The APHEA Board of Directors reserves the right to decline vendors whose offerings are not aligned with the principles and purposes of our organization.

First 8’ table w/skirt	$85.00
Additional 8' tables (each)	$60.00
Electricity	$5.00
Workshop  (45 min.)	$50.00

Vendor set-up will be April 16th at 7:30 a.m.

The Vendor Hall will close April 17th at 6:30 p.m.

We are at a new location this year and the vendor hall will be in the gymnasium of the Chugiak Methodist Church.  To access the unloading area please drive to the left of the parking lot, behind the building to the lower parking lot.  Please check in at the APHEA table by the main entrance to the gymnasium.  We will have your table location and meal tickets.  After you have unloaded please park in the upper parking lot and enter the front of the building to access the gymnasium.

Teenpact will be selling pre-ordered meals for the convention.  If you would like them to deliver meals to your table during the convention please order by April 9th.
