APHEA recommends membership in the Home School Legal Defense Association (HSLDA), which is dedicated to advocate the right of all to home school and to protect the interests of every member family. HSLDA's attorneys are among the country's most experienced practitioners in the area of home school law. Most of the legal threats to member families are successfully resolved through early intervention. For those families who end up in court, HSLDA provides full representation at no cost to the family. Membership is $115 per year. THE RATE FOR APHEA MEMBERS IS ONLY $95 PER YEAR. Indicate your APHEA membership on the HSLDA application.
